How operators apply it
Each licensed operator tracks the deposits made by a player on its own website and refuses or blocks any further deposit once the €200 weekly ceiling is reached. There is no shared counter between operators: the limit is calculated separately for each website.
If you reach the limit with one operator
Once you have deposited €200 on a website, you cannot deposit more there until the following week. This does not automatically block deposits with another licensed operator, which makes your own personal limits all the more important. If you think there is an error, contact the operator’s customer service or consult the Gaming Commission’s resources.
